1. Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch, with the exception commission/bespoke items as below:

  • Alchemy Blanket commissions may be cancelled up to one week prior to the beginning of the appropriate month of booking. Any cancellation beyond that time will result in the customer forfeiting the deposit paid.

  • Any bespoke commissions may be cancelled up until the customer is given notice that the work has been started. Thereafter the deposit of 50% of the total fee will be forfeit.

2. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, I will offer you an exchange or refund, provided that the goods are returned completely unused, in original condition and in their original packaging, within 7 working days of receipt. I recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning goods, as I cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. \

  • The cost of returning non-faulty goods falls on the customer.

  • The cost of returning faulty goods will be refunded in full.

3. Please take care to read goods care either on the website or on information labels, as I will not be able to offer a refund for, or exchange, goods that have been damaged when cleaning, ironing or in the wash.



I make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales - usually within 5-7 working days. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. I shall therefore be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the goods if it is due wholly or partly - whether directly or indirectly - by circumstances beyond my reasonable control

  • When possible I use DPD Local who provide a carbon neutral award winning service.

  • I charge a £7.50 delivery fee on any UK mainland orders. International order delivery fees may vary, but as a guide:

    • USA - £20

    • Australia - £20

    • Europe - £15

  • Due to the price of my pieces, they will require a signature on delivery.

  • In the unlikely event of goods not being delivered within 28 working days from the despatch date, customers should please let me know and I will make every effort to locate the goods and if necessary, send a replacement at my expense, or provide a full refund.

  • If the goods arrive damaged in any way, please contact me within 3 working days of receipt and return the goods within 7 working days. I will organise a replacement upon confirmation that the damaged goods have been returned, but please bear in mind that the replacement will have to be handwoven and therefore will not be dispatched quickly.

  • Risk of loss and damage of goods passes to you on the date when the goods are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by my carrier.
